Water. H2O. No matter what name you call it by, there are benefits from drinking water. Drinking a large amount  is good for flushing out toxins from the body. It's also good for your health, and it keeps the skin looking younger.

It has been suggested that 8 glasses of water should be consumed per day to obtain the maximum benefit. People are aware of the essential of drinking water but when they are thirsty they substitute beverages such as coffee, tea, cola, other caffeine drinks, and even alcohol. When it becomes dehydrated, it must be replenished with water.  However, milk and juice can also contribute to the daily water intake total. As I mention before, drinking water is necessary to flush out toxins of the body through the excretory system. Therefore, by flushing the body with large amounts of water, acne breakouts are unlikely due to the toxins release through the skin.

Unfortunately there is no amount of drinking water that can  cure or prevent dry skin. But spraying or water mist on the skin have been known to help reduce dryness. Misting water on the skin will also help hydrate the skin and help prevent aging skin.

Another benefit from drinking a large amount of water is the treatment of skin disorders, such as eczema and psoriasis. It can also help with sunken eyes and dark circles under the eyes.
